The practice of yoga can bring balance to our busy and stressful work day. The OM yoga at Work program can deliver the benefits of yoga including increased focus, mental and physical strength, flexibility, better sleep, digestion and clarity.

OM yoga @ Work
allows you to structure a unique, flexible, and subsidised yoga program for your office, based on your employees’ needs and your company’s resources. Classes and workshops can be conducted on-site in your offices, or at the OM yoga studios.
The OM yoga at Work program is tailored to your needs. Your company’s own program may include some or all of the following:
- Workplace Yoga Classes
- OM yoga can conduct regularly scheduled on-site OM yoga classes for students of any level of experience. These classes may be scheduled anytime, and vary in length from 30 to 90 minutes. They are most effective when run as a weekly series for a minimum of 6 weeks.
- Stress Management Workshops
- Equip your office with the tools to cope with the pressures of success. Our Stress Management Workshops offer and teach relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and simple yoga poses to help anxiety, focus the mind, and create a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. These workshops can vary in length from one hour to a full day.
- Yoga Break
- A healthy alternative to a coffee break, the Yoga Break is a great way to help people stay alert and focused during meetings or conferences. This 10-60 minute session features easy exercises performed at your desk or at a conference table to relieve neck, shoulder and lower back tension and reduce stress levels.
