Liz has been studying Yoga and Pilates under various teachers since 2000 and qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 2003.

She now offers the benefits of her teaching to those in the Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire area. 

Her strong belief in yoga propelled her to become a teacher and she found that by mixing yoga and pilates you get the best from both. She wanted to teach others not just to feel great from the flexibility and strength that yoga and pilates can offer, but to actually carry the benefits off the mat into daily life, creating better relationships, careers and well-being.

Liz teaches that modern living and thoughts can be integrated with ancient wisdom. She encourages her students to challenge themselves while simultaneously listening to their body.
